Your HERELUX lamp includes a one-year limited warranty from delivery. Register your order number and purchase email address at no charge to add two years of coverage, for a total of three years from delivery.

Registration is optional for the additional two years. Your initial one-year warranty and statutory rights do not depend on registration. Registration does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

What is covered

This limited warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal household use. It does not cover normal wear, accidental breakage, misuse, unsuitable power supplies, or damage caused by improper handling or modifications. A repair or modification only affects coverage for damage it causes; it does not automatically cancel your other coverage.

How to request service

Email support@hereluxlighting.com with your order number, a description of the issue and relevant photos. We reply by email within 24 hours. Please contact us before returning any item.

For a verified covered defect, we provide repair, replacement parts or a replacement lamp without a parts or labor charge. If those remedies are not reasonably available, we will arrange an appropriate refund. Customers are responsible for shipping an item back to the U.S. return address we provide; HERELUX pays the outbound shipping of the repaired item or replacement to the original delivery address. Items that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect are handled under our Returns and Refunds policy.

Your rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by jurisdiction. Nothing in this policy excludes rights that cannot be excluded by law.
