Request a return

To request a return, email support@hereluxlighting.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery. We reply by email within 24 hours.

For a change-of-mind return, the lamp must be unused, in its original condition, with its accessories and protective packaging. Contact us before sending your return so we can provide instructions and identify your order.

Return shipping

Customers pay the cost of shipping change-of-mind returns to our U.S. return address. Use a tracked service and package the lamp securely.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your lamp arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us your order number and photographs of the lamp and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange the appropriate repair, replacement or refund. Please contact us before returning the item. The change-of-mind return shipping rule does not determine the remedy for an item that arrives damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

We will confirm the outcome after inspecting your return. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; your payment provider may need additional time to post the refund. Any shipping charge paid for a correctly delivered order is not refunded for a change-of-mind return unless required by law.
