These terms apply to purchases and enquiries made through HERELUX, operated by GUXUAN TECHNOLOGY GROUP CO., LIMITED. Contact support@hereluxlighting.com for help. We reply by email within 24 hours.

Products and orders

Review the selected crystal option, quantity, specifications and delivery address before placing an order. Product photographs illustrate the lamp; appearance can vary with lighting and screen settings. Any photography turntable is a display prop and is not a self-rotation feature of the lamp.

Please provide accurate contact, billing and delivery details and use a payment method you are authorized to use. We may contact you to resolve an apparent pricing, availability or address error before fulfilling an order. If we cannot supply an accepted order, we will notify you and refund any amount paid for the unfulfilled item.

Prices and payment

All store prices and individual quotes are in U.S. dollars (USD). The checkout or accepted quote shows the goods, shipping and applicable taxes before you pay. A submitted enquiry or shipping quote request does not create a paid order. For destinations requiring a quote, payment is made using the individual checkout link sent after the quote is confirmed.

Shipping

Direct checkout and free shipping are available in the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. Other destinations use our shipping quote service. Orders ship within 48 hours, with estimated transit of 7–10 business days after dispatch; destination-specific estimates are confirmed in international quotes. Returns and warranty

See Returns and Refunds for the 30-day return request window, conditions and return shipping costs. Each lamp includes a one-year limited warranty; free registration adds two years for three years in total from delivery. See our Limited Warranty for coverage and how to obtain service.

Website and privacy

Use this website lawfully and do not interfere with its security or submit misleading information. Our photographs, videos and written content may not be reused commercially without permission. Information submitted to the store is handled as explained in our Privacy Policy.

Questions and your rights

Contact support@hereluxlighting.com so we can help resolve an issue. These terms do not remove rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law. Updates apply from their posted date; they do not retroactively reduce the terms of an order already accepted.
