Free shipping and direct online checkout are available for the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. Alaska, Hawaii, overseas territories and military addresses use our shipping quote service.

Other destinations

Request a shipping quote with your email, destination, preferred lamp, crystal option and quantity. We will calculate the additional shipping cost and reply by email within 24 hours. After you confirm the quote, we will send a secure individual checkout link showing the order and shipping charges in USD. A quote request does not place an order or require payment.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders ship within 48 hours. Estimated transit time after dispatch is 7–10 business days. We will email tracking details when your order ships. For destinations requiring a quote, we will confirm the delivery estimate with your quote. Transit times are estimates and can be affected by customs or carrier delays.

Currency and charges

All prices and shipping quotes are in U.S. dollars (USD). Applicable taxes displayed by checkout are shown before payment. For other destinations, your quote will specify shipping and any known import-charge arrangements; duties are not included unless the quote expressly states this.
